Right. "A Rexx" is actually analogous to "An EXEC" or "A CLIST", even though we
VMers find it grating. But arguably "A Rexx EXEC" is (as Bob suggests) the
anomaly.
I still likely won't start calling it "A Rexx" until well after they put me in
the Old Sysprogs Home... ("You had 16M? We had 256K! And we LOVED it! Only cost
a nickel...")
