For the processors defined as initially online, I think you will always
find CPs, then zAAPs, then zIIPs.
Well I thought so, but I found changed order.
Then you will see the same order for reserved processors.
That's correct, it is unchanged.
Actually it's hard to test it, since I cannot perform IPLs and CPC
Activates whenever I want. :-(
However I'm going to check it again during next POR. Well... it could be
after the machine is replaced by new one...
