We have ieasys00 in our regular parmlib, overriding the IBM delivered one. All our ieasys00 contains is CLPA, meaning that we always IPL with CLPA. All the rest of the parms are in sysplex-/system-specific ieasys-members. So the requirement to read ieasys00 is fulfilled and we can start our system(s) the way we like.
