Anne - Jim brings up a good point. Are all of your Page Datasets the same size on the new box ?
If you have page Datasets allocated of different sizes then you end up not using the full capacity of each page dataset from what I remember. I recollect that the slot count used is the same across all page datasets based on the count from the smallest one.
