AFAIK tape is no longer an option. There used to be a DVD option; I don't no whether it is still available. The normal vehicle for product and service these days is the Internet.
The basic process is still the same; if you don't have a driver system, you need to restore a starter system and you must have an IOCDS that supports it. The CBPDO dialogs all run on the driver system and the new system. -- Shmuel (Seymour J.)
