Good examples. What do we call a person who:

-- Installs a security product as delivered from the vendor
-- Tailors the product for use by the full range of users from admin to
programmer
-- Installs and tailors vendor-supplied updates/upgrades
-- Troubleshoots problems and obtains/installs fixes from the vendor

Does the same person perform all of the above tasks? With a single title?
