As I Read The Fine Manual:

I see:
    To determine the meaning of reason codes for z/OS UNIX and zSeries File 
System (zFS), use BPXMTEXT.

    From TSO, enter TSO BPXMTEXT xxxxxxxx, where xxxxxxxx is the reason code.

Reason code seems right to me.
