RCF? Email? Do you mean the old "reader's comment form"? I use the "site feedback" button on the web pages. For example, see z/OS 2.5.0 - IBM Documentation <https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/zos/2.5.0> I always seem to get a timely response. I haven't used the old email address in years.
