According to the IBM Docs team, the "site feedback" is intended ONLY for communicating problems about the site (i.e., the IBM Docs infrastructure) not for communicating information to/for the manual owners.
After a recent change in the IBM Docs infrastructure (it was different prior to that change), the only mechanism for submitting information to/for the manual owners through the IBM Docs site itself is by the thumbs up / thumbs down icon through which (after selecting "up" or "down") you can leave a limited-length unformatted comment and you should not expect any feedback or response to such a submission. z/OS is looking at what approach it can make available to its customers to supplement that mechanism.
