There are ways around that.
Change the allocation to 150 150 track and a (partial) release on close.
The technology is there to address most "yah buts".
But, you're not going to get off with no constraints either handled by the ACS 
routines or the user.

There are two forms of wrong thinking:

1. This is old, therefore bad.
2. This is new, therefore better.
