Agree completely.

It surprised me when I came across them a few years back when I was toying with 
a CNZ_WTOMDBEXIT exit for some internal tooling. I suppose the phrase "it is 
not my dog" comes to mind.

I have never seen messages longer than ten. If they exist, it is a
*VERY* poor practice since MPF cannot process such messages other than
generically.

I would *never* allow any of our developers to implement messages longer
