IMHO - Would be your biggest concern/challenge working with z/OS?

Wheter I like them or not Microsoft learned a lot form us. The only thing
I woud never allow to have happen would be an Auto IPL after pulling
Maintenace after a pull. And we all detest PATCH Thursday

Subject: Re: Interview questions

Long ago, interviewing for job at software vendor, I was asked the best
question I remember being asked: "If you started work tomorrow, what product
would you want to develop". I had an answer, but reserved it for when I DID
start work. It went on to be quite successful.

There's probably a useful version of that for interviewing a system programmer
applicant: "If you started work tomorrow, what..."

...would be your biggest concern/challenge working with z/OS?
...might be the first configuration/customization change you'd want to make?
...would be your ideal set of maintenance/administration tools to deploy?
Etc.
