And I didn't say that you do have to google to find the POO.  I was responding 
to someone that said that's what s/he does.  

As a follow-up, I would say that neither should you have to follow a link with 
Jim Elliott's name in it.  That hardly smacks of IBM's official source of the 
information.  

Having said that, I know Jim and respect him highly as a great resource.  
Suffice to say that I have bookmarked the link you posted.
