This does not answer the question. While the existence of these
attributes in the catalog entry may be ignored, what effect does this
have if the dataset is old enough so the dataset actually has
Embedded and/or Replicated Index Entries? Will these datasets remain
readably and updateable until the dataset is backed up and
reallocated (at which time the Indexes will be corrected.
However, this might be a good time to bite the bullet.
The process of redefining the catalog, should take a matter of
minutes (for each catalog), during which time the catalog would be
locked.
