Well, all the processors above can be "used" by z/VM, especially to
provide them to the guests.
BTW: AFAIK you can define/emulate zAAP or zIIP to the guest while having
CPs only, but you cannot emulate CP on zAAP. ;-)
BTW2: AFAIK the z/TPF is the only system which would need more SAPs than
default value, so it's kind of CP offload.
However:
1. I don't know the price for the SAP (other specialty engines are
significantly cheaper),
2. I don't know whether SAP purchase affects software fees. Probably not.
