I am unaware of any explicit provision for the use of zIIPs by z/TPS,
and a search of its major documents using 'zIIP' as search argument
yielded no hits.

On the other hand z/TPS contains fairly elaborate facilities for
porting z/OS applications to z/TPS, and some of the exemplary ones
mentioned in IBM z/TPF manuals are zIIP-eligible under z/OS.

Even if it does not yet do so, I should expect that z/TPF, which is
highly performance-oriented, will exploit zIIPs in the future.
Conjectures about when or how this will come about made by someone
outside IBM would, however, be bootless.

Let me also take this opportunity to note that the subject 'z/TPF
question' is too generic. It is your thread, and I have not renamed
it, but something like 'z/TPF zIIP usage' would be more helpful now
and for later archival references. It would also be more likely to
elicit responses from the right people.
