I thought I answered that the best I could, but lets see if anyone else chimes
in.   My swag is "the same".    

"While the structure is duplexed, operations to the structure are maintained
 in a synchronized manner"

And I did refer to CF CPU time in my other post and understood that was what
you were referring to as well. That part of your question was clear.
