Actually, I have no clue what the last sentence really means. Certainly it
is perfectly find to attach a new task and/or detach an old task between
issuing of a BLDL and a LOAD. I'd vote for deleting it entirely.
Rewording it might be preferable, as there are (nightmare?) scenarios
where the concatenation number or library flag might change or that
render the BLDL result useless. E.g., the attached subtask updates the
member in question and then returns to the LOAD.
I'm more curious why the original implemention of LOAD did not support
loading all modules in the list. In OS/360 days SVCs had a lot more
overhead, and the result could have been stored in the (slightly
different) list.
