Answers on below question .

What actions did you take prior to bringing up z/OS V2.1?

Ans :I installed z/OS 2.1 in separate LPAR. There is no mitigation
involved. I used z/OS 1.13 system as driving system to install z/OS 2.1

Did you review the toleration maintenance and install it?

Ans :
For getting toleration PTF, I found only below link
http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=isg1OA36207

This link talks about applying APAR OA36207

R770 PSY UA68603 UP13/04/17 P F304
R780 PSY UA68604 UP13/04/17 P F304
R750 PSN UA68601 UP13/04/17 P F304
R760 PSN UA68602 UP13/04/17 P F304

but I am still trying to find any more toleration PTF, required for this
sysplex to work.

Did you receive the most current holddata?

Ans : Yes, on both z/OS 1.11 and z/OS 1.13, I received current holddata.

Have you reviewed the Migration manual and performed all action items that
apply to your shop?

Yes, I did. But I couldnt find anything specific requirement for this new
z/OS 2.1 system in seperate LPAR.

Do you have a copy of Marna Walle's Migration Presentation for z/OS V2.1
from Boston Share 2013? It will be very helpful.

No, I don't have this presentation.
