At this point, could be a number of things. What was your resolution last time? The IBM manuals you mentioned should be available online. HTH, Linda > Yup, sev1. Resolution last time was to reconfigure the DS6800 and reinstall everything. The customer contacted an IBM business partner to do this. By the time the dust settled and I restored all of the user accounts a couple of more weeks had come and gone. I hope I don't have to go through this again. At least this time we have the DDR backups of the OS and applications so all I'll be stuck with is the user accounts and data. Still a big task.
