I disagree a bit. It does not hurt to add indicators of things that are 
subsets. A refreshable module, if treated as reentrant, will work (the 
converse not being true, of course). A refreshable module, if treated as 
serially reusable will work.

There is no reason I can think of why this should be in something that you 
"read". You can specify just REFR if you choose. What the system (binder 
in this case) chooses to set when that is done is "our business" and it 
happens to be that it sets REFR, RENT, and REUS.

It appears, similarly, that when you specify "RENT" (without REFR) the 
binder applies the REUS attribute as well (I didn't check that out for 
real, but the binder output shows that REUS is YES when the parm has just 
RENT).
