There were some problem in serverpac and because of that IBM Porting toolkit was not part of z/OS installation. But Now, I will have to order separately as CBPDO etc.
But I just thought that if it is possible to copy older File system of IBM Porting toolkit running under z/OS 1.13 and can mount it in z/OS 2.1 and run Porting tool kit. But I am still not sure, if this solution will work.
