As mentioned, it would be best to reorder and install it, rather than 
extracting/copying over.   There are newer versions of many of the components, 
mostly around apache webserver.

There were some problem in serverpac and because of that IBM Porting toolkit 
was not part of z/OS installation. But Now, I will have to order separately as 
CBPDO etc.

But I just thought that if it is possible to copy older File system of IBM 
Porting toolkit running under z/OS 1.13 and can mount it in z/OS 2.1 and run 
Porting tool kit. But I am still not sure, if this solution will work.
