Type BNDS in the left column where the line numbers are and press enter. This will display a line showing the current boundaries with "<" and ">". On that line, type a "<" and ">" where you want your boundaries to be and press enter. That will update the line and you should be good to go.

I am not sure where I would overtype the < & the > I tried >35 but it shifted the datat to col 35 which is not what I want. I would like to set the bounds between col 35 & 50 so that I can enact my CHANGE command.
