Yes I quoted the part with ANY SOLUTION.  That meant - to me - CICS but 
anything else would also work.

Next part of the questions.

What version of CICS?
What version of z/OS?
Do you want any language or a specific language?
Do you want a vendor tool or a home grown one (roll your own)? 
How do you want to maintain it?  As you know as time goes on there are less 
assembler and deep dive assembler programmers.  Does this need to be support 
into the future?  If so, you probably need a simple solution.

JES2 has SSIs but not APIs.
