They have it blocked. I did like some of the points the author brought up. And I've known younger people on both sides. Some of them are smart, hard working, and OK people. OTOH, I knew one who would remote into his home machines to play games (he hosted a Quake server) most of the day. He refused to wait until the weekend to move a LAN switch - he just killed an entire floor at lunch because "it was only for 5 stinking minutes" (no, he wasn't fired). And who finally quit when he was told he couldn't order new, modern servers because the ones we had were good enough to run the workload we had. He was the worse example that I can remember. But, being truthful, I remember the 1980s when people were job hopping like mad just for the money.
