It is very unlikely I would start coding in assembler, but it is
possible. It is also POSSIBLE, very unlikely, but possible to use "zIIP
black magic" in the code.
Note, there are ways to obtain restricted knowledge withoout signing
agreement with IBM. This is non-technical (at least non-IT) issue.
Remember the contract is between companies, not human persons.
My point is by coding in assembelr (legal thing) one can code which is
illegal from IBM's point of view, despite of one is not aware of the
restrictions.
