your IBM z machine on eBay for €5, you still need a licence from IBM
to use the LIC (loosely "microcode"). And to get that licence you will
have to sign the agreement that contains the above text.
That's the point! I missed it.
So I have (as a company) signed agreement to avoid using "my code" on
zIIP, unless it is approved by IBM. And the approval requires "zIIP API"
license - another agreement, which is crucial here.
