We looked at it a couple times, but never bought it.  But I think the HCM gui 
allows for cable information.  Not sure of its future though.  Doesn’t see many 
updates.

Good luck on that. If one could get a standard in place to place all those 
numbers everywhere (cables, paper or software), life would be simpler.

It would also be easier if there is a standard way to number those cables and 
places to plug them in.

"Hey, plug in cable 12 in port 34 in front part of cabinet 3! Hurry Up! Are you 
finished yet?" 

... later ... "Oh, dear, he is dead, he plugged that in the power outlet.. and 
my disks are fried!"
