What I have generally found on transition projects is that people can be on any point of the spectrum. Enter one of these projects with your eyes open.

The key there is that no one was losing their job. In my case, dozens of people were leaving, relocating, or hanging on for dear life. I was the enemy from the day I walked in the door.
