My apologies, I am only just getting used to using this. When I clicked on
"Reply" I assumed it would include your comment with my response.
Is there a better way to reply to a thread than to copy the entire message?

Thanks
Z.

Zahir,

It would help the List if you would quote at least some part of the post you
are replying to. Most email apps on Reply will include the full text, which you
can trim down as you choose. Having no response text at all burdens the reader
with having to guess where you're at.

Subject: (External):Re: OMVS hang at system shutdown

My automation product allows me to define products separately from each other
so that you can completely change the state of one and then use that to
influence the state of other products. For special cases like OMVS/JES2 it
allows you to define a script that will completely resolve the state of any
given subsystem. So for instance when you shut OMVS down, it can look for
conditions that prevent a complete shutdown, and take actions to alter its
state.
