It's not merely cosmetic. When I was having problems opening the index,
I downloaded again; verified checksums; extracted with Info-Zip then
again with 7-Zip. Did "diff -sur". Identical. Then I noticed that the
timestamps on tne extracted files were all 2015 or earlier. Oops.
Only then did I inspect the page closely.

I believe any files beginning "SK..." are outdated. The current ones
seem to begin with "SC...". I downloaded from your other "indexed"
link. Much, much better.

I followed the caution I read somewhere not to open the index with
a browser's built in viewer, but to use Adobe Reader instead. That
works, but not on the 2015 instance.

Once I get the right archive it seems to work very nicely.

What'the alert that this product wants to read my disk; should
I let it? What else should I expect it to do?
