When I mentioned the outdated text to the page owner, I suggested that
he also replace the links to the zips themselves with these links to the
zip download pages. Now that I know that the existing links point to
outdated zips, I'll more than suggest it. Sorry for the runaround.

I followed the caution I read somewhere not to open the index with
a browser's built in viewer, but to use Adobe Reader instead. That
works, but not on the 2015 instance.
Once I get the right archive it seems to work very nicely.
