Rexx:

I worked at one place that was UFB. Their idea of DR was when they got a new 
CPU they would ship the old one to a warehouse. This was to save money so they 
didn’t have to pay for a real DR site. Clueless people did not have a clue when 
it came time to upgrade to another CPU they did the same trick.
Unfortunately the old CPU would not IPL with the new OS (instruction set had 
changed).
Plus they put it in a warehouse that was close to an electric switching 
station. That presented its own set of issues.
