If IBM would stop messing around with DB2 erly code this effort would not have

FWIW, I think that the system will not allow the same data set to be in a 
LNKLST twice.

The only reason one should have for "moving" a LNKLST data set within the 
concatenation is when there are name collisions between the members.
You might want to look to clean that up as part of this effort.
