Jason,

ESQA and ECSA are above the line, so you're probably not decreasing that 2GB space by much. If you were expanding CSA and SQA, then you need to be mindful of how much private you have below the line, since it will be allocated in 1MB increments. Increasing SQA by even 64K could tip you over into losing 1MB of private below the line, so be careful out there.
