I left the Z/OS world at the version 1.6 after nearly many years of mainframe OS and CICS work . I see adds for telecommute Z/OS support, how far out of date are my skills? What should I read up on to stay current?
I know that as we moved along in Z/OS and previous version, 95% of what we continued to use was old, some new features were exploited, but never all of them. Most of the change was in hardware support.
