Hmmm - things may be different elsewhere, but I have been *very* leery about getting back in the harness. What are the clients expectations ?. Not the glib head-hunter, the end client. They likely have a hole in their support team that used to be filled by someone who had been there for years and everyone felt comfortable with. Getting accepted is very hard, and you will probably be expected to be immediately useful - maybe even the expert. More so if going in as a consultant/contractor. And you won't be cut the same slack as the current incumbents that have been part of the furniture for years. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- For IBM-MAIN subscribe / signoff / archive access instructions, send email to [email protected] with the message: INFO IBM-MAIN
