In a way you can say that it is a form of AM32.
But I am not asking for a formal AM32, I am
happy to run as AM64.

In fact one day I hope that all z/OS shops
execute entirely in AM64 - regardless of
whether it is a 32-bit or a 64-bit program
that is being executed. And that the hardware
has an option to enforce that.
