Also, this doesn't allow a single allocation of 3 GiB from a 32-bit program, which is something I would like to do. Or at least pencil in as something to do in the future. First step is to move ECSA down to the 16 MiB line etc in preparation for clearing the ATL memory all the way to 4 GiB for 32-bit applications. BFN.
