Hi Munif, Have you ever tried to give ASSIZEMAX for the user getting the error? Here is a RACF definition to use it.
altuser user_id omvs(assizemax(2147483647)) ASSizeMax The address-space-size that you define is a numeric value 10 485 760 - 2 147 483 647. The value that is specified overrides any value that is provided by the MAXASSIZE parameter of BPXPRMxx. If the system value is adequate, you must leave this field blank.
