But my point is that for what is still left of non-ISV use of user key common is likely old code that there is not a lot of expertise left to support / change and likely below the line CSA, so this temporary (or not) solution may not help anyway. In my client's case, we won't need to use this, but I'm sure IBM didn't do it "just in case", I'm sure there is some client or set of clients that really needed this to move forward (for now).
