Since you're on z/VM 5.2, use a VSWITCH instead of a Guest LAN. Then you don't need to worry about routing or creating another subnet. Easiest is to just assign them 192.168.1.xx addresses in the existing subnet. Alternatively, create another VLAN in the physical switch to hold your .200.x subnet and let the switch handle all the routing. Oh, and thank you for taking the time to draw a picture.
