vm resources provided us with a course in house for a week about 2 years ago. We kinda tailored it to our needs and I'll believe you'll find them accommodating. They have a web site to view last I knew.

Also, some of us attended a two maybe two and half day class in Poughkeepsie on how to install z/VM and set it up for linux. Don't know if that is still offered.

I worked with VM many years ago, so am aware of some of the concepts, but

don't recall many of the details. Now, we're wanting to evaluate zVM for

our Linux systems. On two occasions so far people have been signed up for

IBM education on VM, only to have the classes cancelled at the last minut

due to an insufficient number of students. So, although IBM offers what

sounds like a good class, they aren't delivering it. I could rant on abou
t
that for a while, but what's the value?
