Sorry to bother you again.
I just have another observation on this issue.
I tried to revert all changes with USE='gtk gtk3' about ibus and I could
confirm that im-ibus.so is not installed in my system. Then, I return to
the original issue.
- ibus could not work with all gtk based applications, such as firefox,
geany editor, etc. It fails with "No input window" popped up.
- ibus is working with QT based applications.
How could we explain the phenomenon? What could be thought about this issue?
