I don't think an occasional porn spammer, or whatever you would call
it, would justify the constraints of an approval process. If it became
a common occurrence, that would be different. I think you dealt with
the problem properly by quickly revoking membership. Of course that
person may decide to come in again under different aliases. It's a
weird world out there.
