i installed a 3 blade campbell sailor prop this year getting rid of my old
2 blade. what an amazing difference. far more low end thrust getting in
and out of my slip now under wind is easy as well it dropped my upper end
rpm down a few hundred and i didnt lose any top end performance if
anything under bigger seas i have more top end than before. if you read
the writeups on the campbell sailor prop practical sailor shows stats that
say it has less drag than a typical 2 blade due to its design.
