I'm afraid you're right, everything points to a small fuel leak. The gauge 
still reads close to full, but there is fuel in the bilge. I'm thinking 
(hoping) that maybe it is coming from a loose fuel filter or something easier 
than having to replace the tank. If I do have to replace the tank, is there a 
way to use a portable diesel tank in the interim or something smaller than the 
OE tank for a permanent replacement?
