The other fuel fiter is on the aft starboard side of the engine.  I am assuming 
you have a Universal 1511.  Re fuel leak.  Why don't you clean out the bilge, 
deoderize that area and see if the fuel returns.  Remember, you previously 
advised that you overfilled the tank.  Where did the spillage go?

I only saw one large, white, fuel fiter on the starboard side (which wasn't
