It will fit ....but it will not tilt. You may want to consider an auxillary
motor bracket and leave your winter storage cover in the transom. You gain
storage and do not have to modify the transom (except for drilling couple of
holes) I have used this method in the past with the Honda 10 with great
success....... Enjoy!
